組織內部成員,利用同一組帳號及密碼,即可登入所有的資訊系統,並獲得應有之資訊或是服務。這組帳密就稱為「單一帳號」。

何謂「單一帳號」?
What is LDAP?
單一帳號就是將原本使用者在進入本校每個資訊系統時,都需要使用不同帳號密碼驗證的方式,整合為同一組帳號密碼。甚至,使用者只要經過學校入口網的單一帳號認證後,使用不同系統就不需要再驗證,達到單一簽入(single sign on)的使用環境。

LDAP 是 Lightweight Directory Access Protocol 的縮寫,是達成帳號整合與單一簽入的一種機制。

LDAP provides access to all online systems at the University with just a single account number and password. In the past, users needed several accounts and passwords to access the various online systems at Fu Jen. With single sign-on through LDAP, you can now log in once with your LDAP password and gain access to the different systems.

LDAP stands for Lightweight Directory Access Protocol. It is a mechanism that combines the different account systems and lets you sign into all of them at once.

單一帳號使用管理辦法
Who has an LDAP account?
本校專兼任教師、行政人員、工友、學生皆由人事室、教務處建立,其他身分(如計畫助理人員)則需另行申請。並於離校或使用期限到期後停用帳號。

為符合資通安全規定,使用者每年至少需變更密碼一次,以確保單一帳號之安全。

Full and part-time instructors, administrative staff, maintenance staff and students all have accounts set up by the Personnel Office and Office of Academic Affairs. Other groups, such as contracted staff, need to apply for an account separately. And we will deactivate the account after leaving school or expiration.

To protect your information security, please change your LDAP password at least once a year.

本校現有哪些系統可以使用單一帳號(LDAP)?是不是有例外?
Which systems can the LDAP account sign into? Are there any exceptions?
目前本校絕大部分之資訊服務,皆以單一帳號登入驗證,如:無線網路(包括跨校漫遊)、電子郵件服務、教職員工資訊入口網、學生資訊入口網…等服務。

部分資訊系統除了驗證您的單一帳號外,還會限制使用者身分(如教師可登入成績上傳系統,學生可登入成績查詢系統),請參考各系統服務規定。

部分單位內部使用之資訊系統,因安全與系統面之考量,目前暫時不納入單一帳號範圍內。

Teaching staff can use the following services: wi-fi (including cross-campus roaming); email; and downloading the University's shared software, class lists and student lists.

Most online services at the University are accessible through LDAP. However, some departmental systems cannot be accessed through LDAP for security reasons.

本校於何時導入單一帳號機制與服務?
When did LDAP and related services become available at the University?
學生於94學年度啟用。教職員工部分於95學年度上學期啟用。
LDAP became available to students during the 2005-2006 academic year, and to faculty and staff beginning in the 2006-2007 academic year.
